And here is a picture of our Dad 5 days old:  He has a lot more hair than us, you can’t really tell what he looks like.

My little brother arrived Thursday 2/5/09 @ 1:01pm.  9 days before his due date.  He weighed 7lbs 7 oz and 18 3/4 inches long.  He is super cute and I am having so much fun with him.  Mom says he looks similar to me when I was a baby.  He has a small amount of blonde hair, we don’t know what color eyes, but it looks like they will be blue or green.  He has a round face, a dimple in his chin, 2 chins, a cute nose like daddy’s but it turns up slightly.  So far he’s a great baby.  He is very alert, loves to sleep and eat and barely ever cries.  Mommy is resting and taking care of herself and the baby, but she feels really good.  Daddy has been taking care of me mostly and he is doing a great job.  I’ll be staying with my MaNa and PaPa for a couple of days.  Then my Nonna is coming to visit and my Auntie Anj.  It’s going to be fun for the next few weeks and fun having a baby brother to take care of.  So far I’ve been a really good big brother.  I take mommy and daddy diapers when they are changing him and bring them other things they need.  I try and talk quietly around him and be really gentle too.    Here are some pictures.

I hope you all enjoyed your holiday!  This past weekend we went to Big Bear mountain to go skiing, sleding and just to play in the snow.  We stayed in a really cool cabin in the woods.  I had the best time.  My favorite was when we went to the tube park.  I took an inner tube down this gigantic mountain, well more like a small slope.  My dad even let me go by myself.  I wasn’t scared at all.  My dad and papa went with me.  Mom couldn’t go because Chase is still in her belly.  Speaking of Chase, only about 5 more weeks untill I’m officially a big brother!

I’d also like to say happy birthday to my Papa this past week and also to my Mana a couple weeks ago.  My Papa is in the picture above and below is Mana and I, I’m wearing her ski boots.

What did you do for New Year’s?  I went over to my neighbors Troy and Max.  It was so fun we played all night while our parent’s played poker and they let me stay up past midnight.  During New Year’s eve day went to the Temecula childresn’s museum for a party at Penny Pickle’s style.  There were lots of kids there and they did a count down at noon.  We even got to have a champagne toast (7up).
